Calling our brisk walk a stroll is generous, but it's also much more fitting for this quaint district full of beautiful old warehouse buildings we got to visit one afternoon this week. The locals seemed to be taking the six degree weather with great stride. A few businessmen were even walking around with just a simple sport coat for an extra layer. Bundled until only our eyes could peek out, we made the most of our short time in this city––but we were clearly southern tourists.
Before our near frozen limbs snapped off, we grabbed a bite and a local brew and made our way back to the hotel as the sun began to set. We may not be "cold weather people," but we are definitely two folks who love to experience new places and peoples.
