tuesday tip: party gifts

No, they aren't necessary. But they can be quite a wonderful way to say thank you--not just for the one day--but for every day you've known and cherished them. Why, I'm talking about gifts for those extra special people who make up your wedding party, of course!

Yes, they are there to assist you on the big day. They will hold the wedding rings, give a speech and walk Grandma Smith. But really, you've chosen these people because of the important place they already have in your lives.

Today I wanted to share two recent gifts that both the groomsmen and bridesmaids really enjoyed. First up: flasks. They have become a traditional groomsmen gift, but this groom chose custom-made containers for each person made by local artists from Foxboxes. A fun twist! (Plus, they were pre-filled. So all were happy.)

The bride also chose a custom, handmade route by getting her gals clutches created by Sara Lloyd. They are fantastic! Even better was when the groom surprised his soon-to-be wife with a bridal clutch!

Although giving gifts to your wedding party isn't a "have to," if you choose to give them, there's nothing more thoughtful than something custom and handmade. Even better if you're supporting a local and/or small business:)

From our world to yours,

xoxo-E
